Under the leadership of MD/CEO Mr. Ibifuro Asawo, Cinfores Limited has developed and deployed a wide range of innovative ICT solutions across key sectors. These include its Education Suite (BrainFriend, Sukulu, TeachersHub), Campus Management platforms (eCampus Aspire, eSkool), Tax Management Information System for state revenue collection, and MedixTrak for hospital administration.
Most notably, the company introduced the Court Management Information System (CoMiS), a pioneering solution for automating justice administration. First implemented in the Rivers State Judiciary, CoMiS has since expanded to several states—including Lagos, Osun, Oyo, Ondo, Ekiti—and the Federal Capital Territory (FCT). Its eAffidavit module has revolutionized electronic affidavit generation, and its success has led the FCT High Court to adopt CoMiS for its filing processes, driving greater efficiency, transparency, and timely delivery of justice nationwide.
Following his graduation from the Rivers State University of Science and Technology with a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Engineering in 2001, Mr. Asawo has pursued a variety of personal and professional development endeavours, including Executive Courses in Driving Strategy & Innovation at the MIT Sloan Business School (2019), Entrepreneurship in Emerging Economies from the esteemed Harvard Business School (HARVARDX) in 2021 and Artificial Intelligence: Implications of Business Strategy from MIT Sloan School of Management in 2025.
He is married to his lovely wife, has four children, and is a minister in the Redeemed Christian Church of God. He enjoys reading, playing football, and table tennis in his spare time.
