The State-Wide Education Management Information System (SWeMiS) is an Information Management System that seeks to enable the States Ministry of Education and other relevant stakeholders find a one-stop-shop for all relevant administrative activities as it relates to schools (both private and public) in all L.G. We noticed a common challenge
The burdensome paperwork and manual procedures required in managing schools within a State, places a strain on States’ Ministries of Education.
Maintaining an extensive register of the schools in the state (both public and private), approvals, registration, examinations, results, and certificates, as well as other students’ activities are quite difficult.
To properly handle these obligations and problems, it is crucial that States’ Ministries of Education and Educational Institutions automate their procedures.
