RivCoMiS has been one of the best online platforms to work on; it really surpassed my expectations of the services rendered, probably based on the fact that RivCoMiS was the first online platform that provided services for legal/judiciary filing in Nigeria. I never expected much, but right now, RivCoMiS is mind-blowing, giving premium services. Is it from filing of court processes, assessing, payment, and commissioning? It’s very seamless, no stress, no network issue, fast, and reliable. I never had any cause for making complaints or reporting that my payment was not successful. Everything works well and smoothly.

The commencement of the online filing of court processes within the Rivers State Judiciary through the RivCoMiS Platform birthed a transformation in the practice of law within the jurisdiction in many ways. Some of which are ease of filings from the comfort of the lawyer’s location, reduction in human interface for filing of court and related processes, complete removal of time barriers for filings and reduction of paper works. We hope this is sustained, with the needed improvements on the challenges that come with technological innovations.

I would appraise LagosCoMiS as a veritable tool in unclogging the wheels of quick administration of justice. How do I mean you may ask? Filing is made easy at your convenience; paperwork is reduced at the registry. Status of matters are easily accessible/trackable. So, it has prevented multiple filings typical of the pre-LagosCoMiS era. Many gains have been recorded, yet there is room for improvement concerning the capacity of the website. LagosCoMiS has improved the efficiency and effectiveness of employees' service discharge, thereby raising the standards of Lagos State Judiciary.

LagosCoMiS has been a major improvement for our work. As a daily user, I've seen how it simplifies tasks for lawyers and litigants. Filing cases and payment for services online is much faster and easier now, eliminating the need for long queues at the registry. This change has made managing cases more effective and reduced waiting time significantly.

Overall, LagosCoMiS has greatly streamlined our processes and improved the experience for everyone involved.

Obtaining affidavits required for official and administrative purposes has become a seamless exercise in Osun State. The introduction of the e-Affidavit on our CoMiS site has thankfully made this possible. The system offers ease, simplicity, affordability, and accessibility to affidavit depositions irrespective of time, space, and location. The Court also benefits as the system also offers solutions to verification and archiving of issued affidavits as well as accountability. Savvy lawyers and non-lawyers are harnessing this opportunity effectively.
