Since joining Cinfores in 2012, Okweinbipi Crystal Alale has been a driving force behind the company’s innovative strides. Starting as an Educontent Curator, she brought science to life with her contributions to the BrainFriend App. Her knack for turning ideas into reality soon propelled her to the role of Product Developer, where she deftly managed the development and deployment of several automation projects.
Now, as a Business Systems Analyst, Okweinbipi is the bridge between clients and the development team. She meticulously gathers requirements for automation, provides strategic insights for process improvements, and crafts detailed software requirements specifications.
Her expertise in business automation process reengineering, information systems, and project management has been instrumental in pushing Cinfores’ boundaries.

Armed with a BSc (Hons) in Biotechnology and an MEng in Environmental and Energy Engineering, Okweinbipi is also on her way to earning a PhD in Environmental Management and Control. Her passion for community development fuels her dedication to continuous self-development and creating impactful automation projects.
At Cinfores, Okweinbipi’s journey is marked by a commitment to excellence and a penchant for leveraging technology to make a difference. When she’s not revolutionizing processes, she’s at home with her wonderful family—her supportive husband and their two delightful daughters.
