Boma Mabel Dikibo

Mrs. Boma Mabel Dikibo has diverse range of experiences having served in various capacities in the organisation which includes: Project Coordinator, Assistant Manager, among others. She is an alumnus of the Rivers State University, then Rivers State University of Science and Technology. She currently serves as the Customer Service Team Head and the Assistant Head of Service at Cinfores Ltd., where she plays a pivotal role in shaping the customer experience and operational excellence of the company.
At Cinfores Ltd., Boma is entrusted with the responsibility of overseeing the Customer Support Team, ensuring that the team consistently delivers exceptional service. Additionally, she manages the affairs of all institutions associated with Cinfores, ensuring that their operations are aligned with the company's strategic objectives. Her leadership and dedication to excellence have earned her multiple accolades, including the prestigious “Best Staff of the Year” award in 2022 within the Education Service unit."
