About PusMiS
The Public Service Management Information System (PuSMIS) is an online platform which houses all Public Servant data and effectively manages the human resources of the State public service.
The PuSMiS platform manages both staff and retirees of the public service, placates the incessant introduction of ‘ghost names’, change of retirement date, irregular promotions and over-blotting of the payroll of the State.
The Problem
We noticed a common challenge
The absence of a functional database for staff members and their activities is a significant problem for public service administration.
The subsequent effect of this is the existence of inactive personnel, commonly known as “ghost workers,” which, among other things, results in exorbitant salary costs.
It is therefore essential to automate employee and retiree activities to provide proper management and administration in the States’ Public Service.
