The burdensome paperwork and manual procedures required in managing schools within a State, places a strain on States’ Ministries of Education. Maintaining an extensive register of the schools in the state (both public and private), approvals, registration, examinations, results, and certificates, as well as other students’ activities are quite dificult. In order to properly handle these obligations and problems, it is crucial that States’ Ministries of Education and Educational Institutions automate their procedures.
