EDUCATION SECTOR IN IKWERRE LGA REMAINS PART OF OUR PRIORITIES – Samuel Nwanosike
The Executive Chairman of Ikwerre Local Government, Hon Engr Samuel Nwanosike, yesterday reiterated his adminstration’s commitment to quality education.
He disclosed this while in a meeting with Executives of Cinfores Limited, an ICT company that is focused on improving the quality and management of education at all levels in Nigeria.
According to the LGA Boss, “We have identified schools that needs the intervention of the Local Government, we are working on them.
We have over 314 students currently taking part in the ongoing 2018/19 WAEC and we don’t just stop at WAEC, they will also take part in the Government’s yearly JAMB examination scholarship.
We will kickoff Tuition fees Scholarship before the end of the year to see how we can assist parents reduce the financial burden”.
While we are focusing on education, other areas are also receiving attention. What we need right now is the Support of everybody residing and doing business in Ikwerre LGA irrespective of their Political affiliation so that we can develop our area.
Nobody will develop our own if not you and i.
Come closer, politics is over and I can assure you that we have a listening Government that is ready to implement your plans and ideas provided it’s for the good of all.
